New England Patriots coach Bill Belichick is finally talking about how he plans to approach working with Antonio Brown, but in very Belichick-like fashion, he really isn't saying much.

During a conference call on Tuesday morning, Belichick said that they were going to take it day by day and the first thing was to get him on the practice field.

“Take it day by day. We haven’t practiced yet,” Belichick said, via Tom Curran of NBCSportsBoston.com. “We’re going through information with him like we would any new player. Get out on the practice field and after Wednesday we’ll talk about Thursday and see how it goes.”

Belichick was asked how confident he was that Brown won't pull the same thing he did with the Pittsburgh Steelers and Oakland Raiders. Belichick said he wasn't with either of those teams so he can't speak on what happened with them, but he is hearing the same type of things that were said when they brought in Randy Moss.

“It’s the same thing you guys said about Randy Moss when we brought him in,” Belichick said.

Randy Moss was considered a distraction before he came to the Patriots, but seemed to turn his ways around when he started following the “Patriot Way.”

The hope is that Brown will have the same type of success on the field that Moss did, and also that he will just focus on playing football and all the outside distractions won't be an issue like they were in his previous two stops.
