New England Patriots center David Andrews feels like any player that joins the franchise is going to get an equal chance to make an impact.

Andrews was picked to announce one of the team's 2019 NFL draft picks, with the Patriots selecting several players that they hope will be mainstays on the roster.

And if anyone understands the opportunity the players will get as they make their journey to New England, it's Andrews.

Here's what he had to say about how the franchise operates, courtesy of Kevin Duffy of the Boston Herald:

“Everyone is going to get a fair shot,” Andrews said. “I think that’s the truth. It’s about who can perform and who can help the football team. That’s what coach Belichick’s job is. It’s a tough place and it’s a tough position to be in — undrafted — but you just come in, work, take advantage of your opportunities and you’re not going to make a football team within a day so just kind of put your head down, go to work and take a deep breath when it’s all said and done.”

It's clear that the Patriots' front office is doing something right, as they were able to help put together another Super Bowl winner this past season.

With another talented roster in place for next season, the Patriots should have a chance to capture yet another title.
