New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady seems to have the perfect method for losing weight. The NFL MVP has is own “TB12 resistance bands” and it's currently working not just for football athletes. Boston Red Sox designated hitter Hanley Ramirez has jumped on the Brady method and recently showed off the amazing results.

According to WEEI's Rob Bradford, the veteran ballplayer started to use the TB12 resistance bands last September and transitioned all of his workout routines to fit Brady's style of working out. It was the perfect change for Ramirez as he's so far lost 15 pounds.

Ramirez spoke with the media and praised the NFL QB on how everything in his book does work. It seems the TB12 bands have changed the way Ramirez will forever look at another workout routine ever again.

“More bands. I went on the Tom Brady’s diet,” Ramirez said, via Bradford. “I think it’s 100 percent, everything he says in the book and the work he does, it makes a lot of sense. … You know, I read his book and it’s working for me. It’s working for me.”

Better yet, according to Bradford, Ramirez has not only lost a lot of weight but has improved his flexibility while playing baseball. This is huge for the veteran who is looking to improve from his following season.

“My hips and swinging, hands are faster. It’s effortless. I feel good things,” he said. “At the end of the day, you just sit down and think about changes you’ve got to make for next year and when you start doing that, you see the difference. The mind is telling you that it needs it.”

Thanks to the TB12 method, Ramirez is in prime position to bounce back from a tough following season. Watch out for Ramirez as he is now training like a champion.
