The New England Patriots witnessed Josh Gordon deal with an injury earlier in the week but it seems as if he's good to go in Week 5. Ahead of Sunday's game against the Washington Redskins, Gordon and Michael Bennett have been removed from the team's injury report.

When the week began, Gordon was a limited participant in practice with a knee injury. It was the first time that big-play wideout made an appearance on the injury report this season but he has already taken his name off of it.

Along with Gordon, Julian Edelman was also a limited participant in practice with a chest injury. Unlike Gordon, Edelman remains on the injury report with a questionable designation for Sunday.

As for Gordon, the talented wide receiver has caught 14 passes for 221 yards and one touchdown this season. Up to this point, Gordon has been a downfield threat for Tom Brady and the Patriots.

On the other hand, Bennett is also expected to suit up versus the Redskins in Week 5. The veteran defensive end has played in all four games this season but has started in only one of them.

As a rotational pass rusher, Bennett has totaled two sacks, three tackles for loss, and three hits on the quarterback this season. His presence alone has been crucial to New England's ability to lead the NFL in sacks this season with 18 of them.

Coming into Week 5, the Patriots are double-digit favorites to defeat the winless Redskins. By the looks of it, it could get even uglier with Gordon and Bennett being 100 percent healthy for Sunday's contest.
