The New England Patriots agreed to terms with Dalton Keene, their third-round pick in the 2020 NFL Draft, leaving just one rookie unsigned. According to ESPN's Field Yates, Kyle Dugger remains as the only rookie that's left to be signed by New England.

Heading into the 2020 NFL Draft, the Patriots possessed the No. 23 pick in the first round. But in typical Bill Belichick fashion, New England traded out of the first round to accrue more draft picks.

Instead of staying put at No. 23, the Patriots sent the pick to the Los Angeles Chargers in exchange for the No. 37 and No. 71 picks in the draft. While New England moved to the second round, the Chargers took Kenneth Murray with the Patriots' pick.

When it was all said and done, the Patriots concluded the 2020 NFL Draft with a total of 10 new players for next season. Less than a week ago, New England signed Josh Uche, making him the highest draft pick to sign his rookie contract to date.

However, with the pick they acquired from Los Angeles and their first pick of the draft, the Patriots chose Dugger. Despite attending a small college in Lenoir-Rhyne, Dugger was an intriguing prospect for teams to do their homework on.

Over his five years at Lenoir-Rhyne, Dugger accumulated 10 interceptions, 36 pass breakups, and six forced fumbles. For the Patriots, they selected Dugger to become a vital piece of their secondary in the near future. Even though he remains unsigned, it's just a matter of time before Dugger finalizes a contract with New England.
