The New England Patriots had some team building on Monday, and it involved coach Bill Belichick shooting Kyle Van Noy in the face.

Belichick canceled the last couple of days of mandatory minicamp but like last year still had the team do something fun together. This year as a group the guys went paintballing, and it seemed to be fun had by all, except by Van Noy who was on the wrong end of a vicious shot.
“Bill got my ass,” he said, via Jordan Heck of Sporting News.
“I got hit, I’m telling you. This paintball hit me in the mask, and the mask hit my tooth and my s–t still hurts,”
Belichick and Van Noy have a great relationship, and it’s clear that the linebacker is having a little fun, even though it probably really did hurt.
Belichick always studies a lot of film, and there is no doubt that he found a little weakness in Van Noy’s paintball skills that he could exploit.
Van Noy must not have hidden well enough or been hiding in the same spot for too long and the future Hall of Fame coach took advantage.
Next time the two go paintballing Van Noy is going to have to make sure that he is the one studying film to find a way to get Belichick back.
Maybe the first day of training camp Van Noy will bring a paintball gun to practice, and that would be the perfect opportunity to get Belichick and lighten the mood of the camp.
