Former Carolina Panthers star Cam Newton is now on the New England Patriots. Unless you've been living under a rock for the past few days, you must have heard about this by now, right? But until we see him in that uniform, tossing that pigskin to Patriots receivers on opening day, it's still pretty hard to believe.

Lucky for you, we have the next best thing. The former 2015 NFL MVP recently went to Instagram to post some content that has New England fans salivating at the prospect of seeing some Newton passes in action when the season starts.

He posted this video of him and Patriots wide receiver Mohamed Sanu going through a few exercises together.

While Newton has dealt with the bite of the injury bug as of late, he definitely looked pretty good from those clips. He'll have to be in shape as he has his work cut out for him to earn his money for the upcoming season.

Cam's contract goes up to $7.5 million for his one guaranteed year at New England, but he'll have to hit a number of incentives to receive the full amount.

Newton's going to have to produce on the field to get paid, but of course it starts with actually being available to get on the field in the first place.

Received Mohamed Sanu is planning to have a comeback season of his own. He too dealt with his fair share of ailments last season, and is eager to prove his worth alongside Cam Newton.

These clips are obviously hype material, but they can try and prove its more than just hype soon enough.
