Superstar big man Zion Williamson and the New Orleans Pelicans are currently taking on the Golden State Warriors with one of the final weeks of the 2020-21 regular season now officially underway. However, this isn't just an ordinary Western Conference matchup as the Pelicans and Warriors are getting some major crossover treatment from ESPN.

With the standard broadcast of this game being aired on ESPN, ESPN2 is featuring this matchup in the form of Marvel’s #ArenaOfHeroes. As a result of the special broadcast, the next Captain America — as far as Marvel is concerned — received the opportunity to give his take on the game while, of course, taking a second to recognize the mesmerizing Williamson.

Actor Anthony Mackie, who previously played The Falcon and will now be suiting up as Captain America as part of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, like everyone else on Planet Earth, is amazed by the athleticism and build of Williamson.

Williamson is still only 20 years old and is currently in the midst of his second season as a member of the Pelicans. The Pelicans originally selected the NBA phenom with the No. 1 overall pick in the first round of the 2020 NBA Draft out of Duke, though Williamson's rookie season was unfortunately marred by injury. Now fully healthy, he has already become an All-Star while wasting absolutely no time in proving that he is indeed a franchise cornerstone.

Entering play on Monday evening against the Warriors, the Pelicans were sitting in 11th place in the Western Conference standings at 29-35 on the season.
