There has been much shuffling around the league through the first two weeks of free agency.

However, it appears Quincy Acy has confirmed his return to the Brooklyn Nets after retweeting a report from Anthony Puccio of SB Nation that he had signed a new deal with the team while on his honeymoon from his wedding that took place over the weekend.

Acy had latched onto the Nets via a 10-day contract last season, marking the fifth different team in as many seasons in the league. In 32 games played, he averaged 6.6 points on 43.4 shooting from beyond the arc and 3.3 rebounds in 16 minutes per contest. He scored in double figures eight times while leading the team in points once, steals five times, and blocks on seven occasions.

Brooklyn has provided him with the most stability throughout his brief career as he's found a niche off the bench as a player that can play effectively at both forward positions while stretching the floor offensively with his outside shooting touch.

The Nets have been quite active in reshaping their roster this offseason by acquiring guard D'Angelo Russell from the Los Angeles Lakers in exchange for Brook Lopez prior to the 2017 NBA Draft last month. They also worked out a deal last week with the Toronto Raptors for veteran forward DeMarre Carroll.
