Boston Red Sox ace Chris Sale is just the latest player to offer his two cents regarding the infamous 2017 Houston Astros' sign-stealing scandal, and he didn't hold back with his take. After a Carlos Beltran interview brought the cheating saga back to the limelight, Sale was asked his stance on the matter during an interview on The Greg Hill Show. Sale gave a surprisingly candid take on the situation, even alluding to other teams participating in similar illicit practices.

“I'm going to give you my honest opinion. If the Astros were the only team doing it, then yeah, give it back. Take it back,” Sale said on Houston's World Series championship. “I know for a fact they weren't,” he added.

That's a pretty bold take from Sale, to blatantly allege that other teams were actively stealing signs during the 2017 season. Of course, Sale's own team, the Boston Red Sox, was docked a draft pick as the result of their own cheating scandal involving the use of Apple Watches.

Additionally, the Yankees have long been suspected of their own cheating scandal, though all of the information remains hidden behind a sealed document.

The Red Sox's star didn't hold back with his claim that the Astros weren't the only team stealing signs, so he didn't seem too irked by the fact that they have maintained their title as 2017 World Series champions. That would be a different story if he wasn't suspicious about other teams' activities, however, but Sale is seemingly quite confident there was a whole lot of sign stealing going on across the league.
