John Wall is still with the Houston Rockets, joining the team in film sessions and even participating in pre-game warmups. The problem is: he's not playing.

By the looks of it, the Rockets have no intention of even considering Wall to suit up in games at all. Sure, they have made it clear during the offseason that they intend to trade the veteran guard and sit him for as long as they can until they find the right trade partner for him.

However, this move seems to be not sitting well with Wall, who responded to a fan who said he is “getting punished” for something that he has no full control. The five-time NBA All-Star simply said “facts,” suggesting he's not happy with his current situation.

For what it's worth, though, John Wall reportedly agreed with the Rockets about their plan to sit him out for the rest of the season while they look for a potential trade. The veteran playmaker is said to be not interested in a buyout, which is why the expectation all along is that it will take time to move him.

Wall's monstrous $44 million salary this season is the biggest hurdle in trading him, though it is worth noting he is still getting paid despite not playing.

The 31-year-old appears antsy to play given how long he has been sitting out already. His frustration might have also stemmed from possible expectations that he would be traded sooner rather than later. Unfortunately, there is still no traction on a potential deal that would send him away from Houston.

It remains to be seen how things will develop for Wall, but he certainly needs more patience as the Rockets have given no indication that they are working on moving him quickly.
