The Houston Rockets hosted the Utah Jazz in Game 5 other second round series, and with their 3-1 lead, they were also looking to close them out and advance to the Western Conference Finals again. They did just that, as they defeated the Jazz 112-102 led by Chris Paul's 41 points, seven rebounds, 10 assists, and one steal.

Gerald Green, who has been a key bench player for the Rockets since being signed midseason, came to tonight's Game 5 wearing a throwback jersey of a Rockets' great Clyde Drexler. You knew it was going to be a good night from the get-go.

Green was signed to a 10-day deal in January, and immediately yield positive results off the Rockets' bench. He finished the year averaging 12.1 points, 3.2 rebounds, and 2.7 three-pointers per game for the Rockets, including five games with at least 20 points and 14 games with at least four three-pointers.

The Rockets will now await the winner of the New Orleans Pelicans and Golden State Warriors series, which could end as soon as Tuesday night in Oakland.
