The start of training camp is around the corner for the NBA teams with only a few weeks remaining for the final touches to the preseason rosters taking shape.

There are still a few notable players in the open market who are still without a team. According to Shams Charania of The Vertical, veteran guard Rodney Stuckey is reportedly set to visit several different teams over the next few days.

Stuckey played with the Indiana Pacers over the last three seasons and had been released in late March after he suffered a left patellar tendon strain. He had appeared in 39 games while averaging 7.2 points on 37.3 percent shooting from the field with 2.2 assists and 2.2 rebounds in a career-low 17.8 minutes per contest.

The 31-year-old has steadily seen his role decrease over the last few seasons and has been relegated to a bench role at this stage of his career. He will likely be aiming for a similar role with another team on a short-term deal now that he's fully-healed from his knee injury.

Stuckey is still a proven player that could provide a team with some much-needed veteran presence in the backcourt. In 10 seasons, he has averaged 12.6 points on 42.3 percent shooting from the field and 30 percent from beyond the arc with 3.6 assists in 27.5 minutes per contest.
