Jack Antonoff will produce “about half” of Sabrina Carpenter‘s upcoming album, Short n’ Sweet. This was met with some pushback from fans, but Carpenter rushed to Antonoff’s defense.

In Rolling Stone’s cover story on Carpenter, Antonoff’s involvement as a producer of Short n’ Sweet was revealed. Despite his critics, specifically those of his collaborations with Taylor Swift, Carpenter remains faithful to him.

“F**k them all,” Carpenter said (twice) of his critics. “I think he’s one of the most talented people I’ve ever met. When he’s in a room, he’s able to literally touch every instrument in the room and make it sound magical. He also works very fast, which I really appreciate because I work very fast.”

Who is Jack Antonoff?
