Joel Embiid was loving every bit of the Philadelphia 76ers' huge rout against the Chicago Bulls on Thursday without him and fellow All-Star Ben Simmons. The short-handed Sixers dominated the Bulls and got a huge boost from their bigs as Dwight Howard and Tony Bradley led the frontcourt with a combined 32 points.

Embiid was most especially impressed with their young center in Bradley who had a perfect evening against Chicago. The 23-year-old center was 100% from the field, knocking down all of his seven shots and tallied five boards and three blocks. This year's MVP race leader was so sold on Bradley's play that he wants his franchise to build around him. Process that.

The Embiid-less Sixers' huge win to start the second half of the season helps them cement their lead at the top spot of the Eastern Conference. Their 25-12 record puts them in front of the Brooklyn Nets and the Milwaukee Bucks who have been waiting for these Sixers to fall from their streak.

Unfortunately for the rest of the East, it seems that this Philly unit has been locked in, and even without Embiid and Simmons, they seem to be rather unstoppable. Tobias Harris led the team on Thursday with 24 points while Seth Curry and Matisse Thybulle had 12 and 13 respectively.

Guys like Tony Bradley might see more time if these Sixers continue to steamroll past their opponents which will be huge for the development for these young studs. In addition, this also helps their main guns get a decent amount of rest while they prepare for the upcoming post-season.
