The Philadelphia 76ers made a splash at the trade deadline with their acquisition of forward Tobias Harris. It did not take long for the Sixers' new addition to make himself at home.

Harris made the start against a tough Denver Nuggets squad. He wasted no time in showing Philadelphia what he brings to the table after splashing a three-pointer early in the first quarter.

Although it is still far too early post-trade for speculation, this is exactly what the Sixers felt they need to take this team to the next level. Harris has established himself as an exceptional wingman thanks to his versatile skill set. As a result, there is plenty of hype surrounding Philadelphia moving forward.

Harris had been in the midst of an All-Star-caliber season prior to being traded by the L.A. Clippers. He led the Clippers in points (20.9) and rebounds (7.9) in his 55 games with the team this season. He was also able to find his touch this year after shooting 49.6 percent from the field and 43.4 percent from deep. This could be why the Sixers felt the need to pull the trigger on this deal at the deadline.

Harris now seems to be the final piece to this star-studded lineup. It should also be noted that Philadelphia managed to include his good friend and center Boban Marjonovic in the deal. The two have received a warm welcome in their new home and it is easy to see why judging by their early impact.
