Spongebob kicks cartoon butt in Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl

Spongebob Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl

Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl is a new fighting game featuring iconic characters from Nickelodeon. Characters from SpongeBob SquarePants, Rugrats, and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles will all be making an appearance in this epic crossover.

Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl seems to be heavily inspired by Super Smash Bros. And to be honest, we’re more than okay with that.

The full list of characters hasn’t been revealed yet. The current ones that for sure will appear will be:

  • Michelangelo (Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles)
  • Leonardo (Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles)
  • Nigel Thornberry (The Wild Thornberrys)
  • Powdered Toast Man (Ren & Stimpy)
  • SpongeBob SquarePants (SpongeBob SquarePants)
  • Sandy Cheeks (SpongeBob SquarePants)
  • Patrick Star (SpongeBob SquarePants)
  • Oblina (Aaahh!!! Real Monsters)
  • Lucy Loud (The Loud House)
  • Lincoln Loud (The Loud House)
  • Helga (Hey Arnold!)
  • Reptar (Rugrats)
  • Zim (Invader Zim)
  • Danny Phantom (Danny Phantom)

All-Star Brawl will also feature 20 levels based on the Nickelodeon shows. These will include Jellyfish Fields from SpongeBob SquarePants, the Technodrome from Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, and many many more! Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl will include a single-player and multiplayer mode, with local and online support for up to four players.

No word yet as to fan favorites such as the characters from The Fairly Odd Parents and Jimmy Neutron will be joining the roster. Will this be the game to finally stand toe to toe with Nintendo’s Super Smash Bros? Maybe they can have Jin as a DLC player opposite Smash’s Kazuya.

Kidding aside, Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl will come to PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch in Fall 2021. Ludosity and Fair Play Labs will develop the game and will be published by GameMill Entertainment.
