With tumult currently surrounding Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver Antonio Brown, former Steelers running back DeAngelo Williams has come out to defend his former teammate:

Here is the problem though, DeAngelo: Brown is not telling his side of the story. He is simply making childish comments and doing things like mocking the situation in videos with former disgruntled Steelers linebacker James Harrison.

Sorry, but there is no excuse for Brown's actions. He refused to practice, said he was hurt but refused to get an MRI and went AWOL on the team before the season finale. It also doesn't help his case that some of his teammates apparently questioned the legitimacy of his knee injury.

Also, it's not even like this is the first time Brown has done something like this. Remember: he also left the Steelers on two other occasions during the year, including back in training camp.

It's understandable that Williams wants to defend his friend, and he is entirely correct in saying that there are two sides to every story, but, again; Brown is not telling his side, so what are we supposed to believe?

If all of the information out there right now is incorrect or misleading, then Brown should be coming out and debunking all of it for his sake. Sitting back and acting like an adolescent is only making him look worse.

With everything that is going on, it is becoming harder and harder to imagine seeing Brown wearing black and gold next season, as both he and the Steelers appear to be growing tired of their relationship.
