The Pittsburgh Steelers are pretty much under pressure to win every game from here on out, and if they do, they will land a playoff spot in the AFC.

The good news is that they may be getting some key reinforcements back.

According to The Pittsburgh Post-Gazette, Steelers head coach Mike Tomlin said he expects wide receiver JuJu Smith-Schuster and running back James Conner to practice this week.

Both Smith-Schuster and Conner have missed the last three games.

Smith-Schuster has been dealing with a concussion and a knee injury he suffered on the same play during Pittsburgh's loss to the Cleveland Browns on Nov. 14.

While he seems to be recovered from the concussion, the knee has been an issue for him. Smith-Schuster seems to be eyeing a return this Sunday against the Buffalo Bills, and practicing is obviously a step in the right direction.

Meanwhile, Conner sustained a shoulder injury in that same Browns game.

Tomlin did not go as far to say how much either player will practice, but said that they'll get out there “sooner rather than later.”

As far as the availability of both players for Week 15, Tomlin said the team would look at “the quality” of their work in practice to determine whether or not they will be able to play.

The surging Steelers have won eight of their last 10 games to improve to 8-5 on the year, most recently defeating the Arizona Cardinals this past weekend.

Pittsburgh currently owns the second Wild Card spot in the AFC.
