In 28 career games against the Baltimore Ravens over the course of his 18-year NFL career, Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger has come away with 17 wins, countless injuries, and priceless memories. In his last matchup against his biggest rival, Roethlisberger talked to Ravens players on the field after the game and had one common message for all of them: he won't be missing the physicality of their battles.

The two teams have had one of the most fierce rivalries in all of American sports over the past two decades, and Roethlisberger reflected on it in his postgame comments on Sunday:

“I told a lot of those guys I'm not going to miss playing them,” Roethlisberger said of the Ravens. “Football is already a very violent game. But you know playing these guys has always been one where you wake up on Monday morning, whatever the next day is, and you're hurt. And it's never dirty. It's just good, old-fashioned football.” – Ben Roethlisberger

Although the past game is Big Ben's last one against the Ravens, it is not his last game in the NFL — thanks to a huge upset by the Jacksonville Jaguars over the Indianapolis Colts on Sunday afternoon. The Colts' loss gave the Steelers a chance to get the AFC's final Wild Card ard spot as long as they beat the Ravens and the Los Angeles Chargers vs. Las Vegas Raiders game didn't end in a tie.

Well, that is exactly what ended up happening when the Steelers took down the Lamar Jackson-less Ravens and the Raiders beat the Chargers in overtime, setting the Steelers up to play the second-seeded Kansas City Chiefs on Sunday night.
