There is bad blood between the Cleveland Browns and Pittsburgh Steelers, but both teams can agree on James Conner being a feel-good story. Ahead of Sunday's game versus the Browns, Conner shared an emotional moment with a Pittsburgh fan.

One of the fans that the Steelers' running back took a picture with was diagnosed with a rare form of sarcoma—a form of cancer. Of course, before Conner came into the NFL, he was diagnosed with stage 2 Hodgkins lymphoma while he attended the University of Pittsburgh.

When he was diagnosed, Conner was given about a week to live. In the end, he overcame the disease and has made himself a remarkable career in the NFL.

While Conner won't be in uniform on Sunday, he's still making a difference for the Steelers off of the field.
