Oklahoma City Thunder big man Patrick Patterson just got roasted on Twitter in a big way. A recent exchange with a random user that goes by the handle @NateBreezee amusingly took place a couple of days ago, and we have the tweets to prove it.

Apparently, Patterson is a watch enthusiast. He took to Twitter to ask for some assistance in a dilemma he appeared to be facing. @NateBreezee was quick to respond and seemed to have offered some help in the matter.

Unfortunately for Patterson, he took the bait. @NateBreezee got his wish, and took full advantage of the exact moment he was waiting for. His response was downright hilarious and deserving of some sort of troll recognition award.

@NateBreeze's prank was so good, that it garnered even more attention than Patterson's original tweet. To date, the epic trolling has amassed 589 retweets and close to 2,000 likes. Patterson was probably not one of the likers, as the 29-year-old decided against acknowledging the gag altogether.

Sorry, Pat. You got caught and there's no getting out of this.

Nevertheless, this should not give Patterson any sleepless nights. Entering the second season of his three-year, $16.4 million deal with the Thunder, he is focused on making his mark for the team this upcoming season.

In his first season with OKC last year, Patterson produced a pedestrian 3.9 points on 39.8 percent shooting, 0.8 three-pointers, and 2.4 rebounds in 15.5 minutes per game off the bench. The departure of Carmelo Anthony may carve up some additional minutes for Patterson at the four spot, and hopefully, he is able to take full advantage.
