Steven Adams and Dennis Schroder pulled off a last-ditch effort to save the Oklahoma City Thunder from a looming defeat against the Minnesota Timberwolves.

With just 1.1 seconds left on the clock and the Timberwolves leading 122-120, Adams inbounded the ball from the other end and threw a Hail Mary pass to the running Schroder. The German guard received the ball well and positioned himself greatly for the game-tying layup at the buzzer.

Thanks to Adams and Schroder's heroics, the Thunder beat the Timberwolves in overtime 139-127. Adams finished with 22 points, 11 rebounds and two assists while Schroder had 25 points, two boards and two dimes.

Chris Paul led the way for OKC with 30 points on top of four rebounds and seven assists. Meanwhile, Shai Gilgeous-Alexander exploded for 29 points, five rebounds and two assists.
