If Stephen A. Smith didn't know who Tim Frazier was, he sure is bound to find out.

The ESPN columnist and proverbial staple of morning talk show ‘First Take' said on Friday's show, “Tim Frazier? Who the hell is that?” when talking about the New Orleans Pelicans roster composition. Smith was quick to note that he knew of E'Twaun Moore, Lance Stephenson and Solomon Hill, but proceeded to rip the front office for assembling a roster with so little star power aside from Anthony Davis.

The rant was a result of the Pelicans loss to the Denver Nuggets after Davis posted a monster stat line of 50 points, 16 rebounds, five assists, seven steals, and four blocks.

Frazier heard what Smith had to say on his show and was motivated, following a line of 15 points, 11 assists, and four steals on opening night with a 21-point, 10-assist, six-rebound performance in a loss to the Golden State Warriors last night.

Frazier's second double-double of the season puts him ahead of household names like Rajon Rondo and Deron Williams, who have yet to post one this season — as the 6-foot point guard is quite frankly the one consistent player after Davis so far this season.
