When LiAngelo Ball signed up for the NBA Draft, basketball analysts and pundits were quick to dismiss his chances. Despite this, Ball signed up for workouts for several NBA teams, including the Los Angeles Lakers and the Golden State Warriors.

A clip of one of his workouts has resurfaced, quickly demonstrating why he wasn't picked by any team in the recently concluded draft.

Below is the video of Ball:

As observed, Ball's shooting was not even close to NBA level. He was making some shots, and at one point got really hot. But consistency was not there at all. He hasn't mastered a good chunk of basketball fundamentals like an NBA player should.

Maybe Ball should've honed in skills in college? Or could've stayed a bit longer in Lithuania? An aspirant can only sign up for the NBA Draft once. If not drafted, it will be very tough for him to make it in.

Leading up to the draft, his brother Lonzo and father LaVar kept on encouraging him, believing that he has the talent to make it to the pros.

Prior to the draft, however, Ball hinted that he's pretty much aware of the talk and criticism surrounding him. He said that if he doesn't get drafted, there are still other options for him like the G League. Per Josh Martin of Lonzo Wire:

“If I don’t get drafted, that’s an option, G League, free agency,” he said. “I’m just looking forward to all options. Whatever happens, happens after this point.”

If all else fails, there's his family's JBA.
