Philadelphia sports fans are known for being some of the most passionate fans in all of sports. To some players, this really bothers them. Tonight, this was the case with Indiana Pacers' center Myles Turner.

You can see in this video here that Turner gives the crowd the good ol' bird:

Joel Embiid had 30 points in the first half of the game against the Pacers. Turner, not known for his defense, was absolutely torched at the rim. The fans heckled him for it, and Turner wasn't having it.

The NBA will likely strike with a fine in the $15-25k range. In the past two seasons, the NBA has handed out fines for “obscene gestures” to Tristan Thompson, Marcus Smart, and DeMarcus Cousins, among others.

On the season Myles Turner is averaging 12.4 points, 6.7 rebounds, and 1.7 assists on while shooting 48.8 percent from the field. He hasn't lived up to his hype the past few seasons and is still awaiting that “breakout” season many expected him to have. With the additions of Tyreke Evans, Victor Oladipo and Damontis Sabonis over the past few years, Turner really hasn't had the chance to increase his offensive usage. This arguably has stunted his development as a scorer.

The Indiana Pacers are 18-10 coming into Friday evening's game with the Philadelphia 76ers, sitting comfortably fourth in the NBA's Eastern Conference. Victor Oladipo has been their star player, scoring around 20 points every night as well as playing tremendous All-NBA level defense nightly.

The Pacers will play the New York Knicks at home this upcoming Sunday.
