The Golden State Warriors have owned the league's most explosive offense over the last few seasons behind their premier shooting ability.

During the shootaround prior to Sunday's game against the Miami Heat, the Warriors displayed that dedication in the gym by shooting through darkness after the lights went out for 15 minutes, according to ESPN.

The last 15 minutes or so of the Warriors' game-day shootaround practice in Miami on Sunday went on despite all the lights in the arena's bowl being out . Some of the lights on the concourse were visible, but the floor was dark.

Undeterred, the Warriors kept shooting. And because they're the Warriors, they made plenty.

“That is a first,” Warriors guard Stephen Curry said. “Nice little, I guess, test of muscle memory. You can somewhat see the rim, know where you are on the floor, but it's kind of a different experience because you don't get it every day. So that's pretty cool.”

The Warriors have continued to be the league's most efficient offense this season leading the NBA with 118.0 points per game on 51.2 percent shooting from the field and 40.1 percent from beyond the arc. They also hold the best offensive rating (114.2) and are on a current streak with at least 10 3-pointers made in each of the last seven games.

The Warriors have been led offensively by the trio of Stephen Curry (26.0 points), Kevin Durant (24.9), and Klay Thompson (20.5). This puts them on pace to finish as just the second team since the 2007-08 Warriors to have three players average 20 or more points.

What has been equally as impressive is the unselfish nature of the Warriors' play, leading the league with 30.8 assists per game. This includes tallying 46 assists on Saturday night against the Orlando Magic, which was just one away from tying the franchise record. All of this signals that Golden State has the right mix of players and playing style to get it done again.
