The NBA has game delays for multiple reasons throughout the season, from wet floors to bent rims, to instant replay reviews, the interruptions can seem endless at times. On Wednesday, the disruption happened from an unlikely source during the game between the Denver Nuggets and the Golden State Warriors.

As you can see from the video, Warriors superstar Stephen Curry was no match for his son Canon, who didn't want to leave the court, just like his dad…and grandpa. On Wednesday night, Steph's father Dell Curry saw his NBA record for games played off of the bench broken by Atlanta Hawks guard Lou Williams. Perhaps this is what Canon is on the court protesting…he just wants to defend his grandfather's honor and keep a Curry on the court at all times.

All jokes aside, Canon and his dad were having a pretty good night at the time this article was being written. With a seven-point lead over the Nuggets on the road, the Warriors are trying to assert their dominance over a team that has been playing impressive basketball of late. Denver has won four out of five games with the only loss coming to a Boston Celtics team that was in the middle of a nine-game winning streak. The Warriors, on the other hand, have lost three out of four with the only victory coming against the lowly Los Angeles Lakers. It's safe to say that Golden State will be getting back on track with a win in Colorado tonight.
