After draining his dreaded stepback 3-pointer, Houston Rockets star guard James Harden inadvertently hit Golden State Warriors forward Draymond Green on the head.

No foul was called on the play, but based on the slow-motion replay, it seemed that James Harden's follow-through was a bit unnatural. Was he fishing for a foul like he always does? Or on the flipside of the coin, did Green put up an acting job with hopes of turning the tables on Harden?

Either way, it's just a testament on how heated the rivalry is between the two best teams in the league. The Rockets have been the favorites to end the reign of the back-to-back champions. Though they were down 2-0 in the series at one point, not a single analyst doubted their abilities.

As expected, the Warriors are intent on continuing their reign. They view as the Rockets as mere blot to their dynasty. They also want to prove that they can extend their dominance to a few more years. History has shown that dynasties last for only four or five seasons.

Over the last four years, the Warriors have won three championships. If we follow the course of history, their days as champions are numbered.

As always, however, only time can tell if the Rockets really has what it takes to beat the Warriors.
