For all the success Klay Thompson is having with the Golden State Warriors, there are still moments in his life that reminds him that he can’t always be on top. When he’s not embarrassing himself by muffing a dunk attempt in a foreign land or getting clubbed at the back of his head, Thompson could be found murdering the good, old Christmas song, “Jingle Bells.”
Who doesn’t know the words to that song? Apparently, Thompson does, as clearly seen in this brief music video of Jingle Bells released by NBA on Instagram in which the sweet-shooting Splash Brother had a difficult time opening the montage.

This is a big fail on Thompson’s part, and he probably deserves to have the Grinch steal his Christmas.
Kidding aside, Thompson is feeling good this Christmas Day, especially after they defeated their rivals, the Cleveland Cavaliers, at home, 99-92. Thompson scored 24 points on an efficient 8-of-15 shooting from the field and 4-of-7 from the field.
If Thompson could develop and perfect a sweet stroke from behind the arc and on transition pull-ups, then he should have no problem memorizing the lyrics of Jingle Bells. He’s got an entire year ahead of him to do just what. We’ll be keeping an eye on you, Klay.
