Washington Wizards star John Wall was being interviewed when he was interrupted by his 1-year-old son, resulting to a hilarious yet tender moment.

As Wall was answering one of the questions during an appearance on The Kevin Sheehan Show on The Team 980 & 95.9 FM, a toddler's cute voice was suddenly heard.

John Wall has been out of action for the Wizards for quite some time now. In January 2019, the five-time All-Star suffered a ruptured left Achilles tendon. The odd thing about it is that the injury didn't occur in a game, as Wall injured his Achilles at home after he slipped and fell. He was ruled out for 12 months.

This was one of the things he discussed in the interview. According to Wall, even if the 2019-20 season resumes, he won't be suiting up.

“I won't play at all. I will wait until next season. The decision has been already made. No, I'm not,” the Wizards star reiterated.

Without Wall in the fold, the Wizards have have largely struggled to string wins together. Before the 2019-20 season was suspended, the team stood at 24-40 for ninth in the East.

In the 2018-19 season — the last season that Wall played in — the Wizards culled a 32-50 record for 11th in the East. It was their second time to miss the playoffs in six years.

With that said, fans may have to wait a little longer before their star guard plays again. When he does though, the Wizards may have a lot in store, especially since the organization has formed a pretty good young core.
