Washington Wizards star point guard John Wall is getting closer to being healthy.

Wall suffered a knee injury back in November, and his status has been shaky ever since. But Wall provided an update on his injury after going through his first full practice Friday, per Candace Buckner of the Washington Post.

This is good news for the Wizards, but not great news. Since the injury, Wall has said numerous times that he was feeling well, but has still not been able to take the floor.

However, with Wall taking part in his first 5-of-5 practice in about a month, that is definitely a sign that Wall is closer than he was before.

The Wizards can definitely use Wall back in the lineup. Washington has won only four of their last eight games, and currently sit in the sixth spot in the Eastern Conference.

But if the Wizards experience any sort of slide, they can easy end up ninth or 10th in the conference.

For now, it's completely fine that Wall won't play against the Clippers, a team that is floundering ever since they lost Blake Griffin for two months with a knee injury.

But Wall needs to come back soon, and Buckner's update is a step in the right direction.
