Markieff Morris of the Washington Wizards left their game against the L.A. Clippers due to a concussion.

As per Tomer Azarly of ClutchPoints, Morris went down after a hit to the head. Though he was able to get up, the 6-foot-10 forward was walking very slowly.

Check out the clip below posted by NBCS Wizards. In a battle for the rebound, Morris accidentally received an elbow from Danilo Gallinari to the side of his head. Towards the end of the clip, the 29-year-old was walking on his own but was accompanied by medical staff.

Prior to the game, Morris was feeling under the weather and was questionable to play. In the first five games, Morris has been logging in 15.2 points, 6.4 rebounds, and 1.8 assists per game. He's also shooting 55 percent from the field and 50 percent from downtown.

Without Morris, the Wizards are going to miss his heft in the paint as well as his decent shooting from the field. He's considered as a critical piece to the Wizards' playoff runs in the last two years. His team desperately needs him now as the Wizards are on the verge of ending up in the lower half of the standings. Hopefully, his concussion isn't that serious and he'll be back on the court soon.
