Russell Westbrook is the type of guy that lets his game fits do the talking, and it is exactly what the Washington Wizards superstar did on Wednesday as his team doused some ice-cold water on the red-hot shooting of Stephen Curry and the Golden State Warriors.
But this time, Westbrook did more than just let his shirt speak for itself. The former MVP backed up his bold shirt choice with a monster stat line and one heck of a postgame presser for the .
“I'm one of these players that if I need to defend at a high level, I can do that. If I need to score at a high level, I can do that. Pass? I can do that. Rebound? I can do that. Want me to coach? Sh*t, I can do that, too.” Westbrook stated after the Wizards' 118-114 win over the Warriors, per Fred Katz of The Athletic.

Russell Westbrook had an incredible game for the Wizards. He put up another triple-double effort with 14 points, 10 assists and 20 rebounds. This is his 17th triple-double performance in his last 22 outings. Bonkers.
Just like what he mentioned, he basically did it all for the Wizards on Wednesday. Aside from putting up a Russ-like box score, the feisty guard put the chains on the tw0-time MVP who has been on an incredible stretch this April. Westbrook was the primary defender on Curry all evening and limited him to just 18 points on 7-of-25-shooting.
