Practice wasn't the only common activity for an NBA player that Allen Iverson opted out of during his career.

The former Philadelphia 76ers guard recently said that he didn't lift weights back when he played. And he had a great reason for it.

That is some classic A.I. right there.

Iverson became an MVP and one of the greatest scorers in his career despite being listed at just 6-feet tall. He was often referred to as the best “pound-for-pound” player in the league.

Possibly best known for not liking practice, Iverson perhaps relied on God-given talents as much as anyone as good as he was. This is just another perfect example of that.

Ball came easy to Iverson and that was enough to be great. Why mess with that by lifting weights?
