Following the controversial release of Lonzo Ball's first signature shoe, the ZO2's, Big Baller Brand is already preparing for their next big move.

The shoe manufacturers, owned by the Ball family, will also reportedly release kicks for the youngest of the brothers, LaMelo Ball, and have already filed a a trademark for its name, according to ESPN's Darren Rovell.

The shoes will be named “MeloBall1” and will be the first line of basketball shoes for a high school junior.

LaMelo is currently attending Chino Hills High School in California and has already verbally committed to play for UCLA, just like his older brother, who now plays for the Los Angeles Lakers. He is a five-star rated recruit and will be part of the 2019 class.

The possible price of the shoe and what colorways will be released have yet to be revealed, but with the filing of the trademark already made, it goes to show that BBB has no plans of halting their plans of becoming one of the biggest sports apparel manufacturers in the world.

It will also be interesting to find out what it looks like and where the family got their inspiration with its design and build, and more importantly, how the public will react to it.
