Portland Trail Blazers swingman Evan Turner says he's “available” to be in LeBron James' Space Jam 2.

Milwaukee Bucks superstar small forward Giannis Antetokounmpo turned down an invitation to be in the movie.

Turner says “every team needs a good locker room guy” and that he can fill that role in Space Jam 2.

Damian Lillard is the best player on the Blazers, but a lot of players say Turner is the heart and soul of the group.

The Blazers have endured a lot of adversity this season. Owner Paul Allen tragically passed away before the season started. Center Jusuf Nurkić then suffered a gruesome left leg injury and was lost for the season.

Turner, one of the veterans on Portland, has done his best to keep the guys together and focused. Whatever he's doing is working, as the Blazers are 51-29 on the season, which is good for fourth place in the Western Conference standings.

A report surfaced last week which claimed James is having trouble getting stars to be in Space Jam 2. Filming of the movie begins this summer and it's expected to be released in 2021.

Let's see if LeBron turns to Turner next to be in the film.
