The New York Knicks are struggling, and it’s starting to get the better of some of the players.

Late in a blow-out game against the Boston Celtics, Brandon Jennings slammed the basketball earning a technical foul.

He began arguing with the referees which led to an ejection.

The NBA fined Jennings $15,000 Sunday, citing inappropriate comments towards an official and failing to leave the court in a timely manner.

This makes Jennings the second player this season to be ejected and fined.

A similar situation led to an identical outcome for Wizards star John Wall  just last week.

After the game, Jennings spoke with  Newsday's Al Iannazzone  about his ejection.

“I was just frustrated. We were getting blown out. I felt like we got punked.”

The Knicks sit at the 12th spot in the Eastern Conference with a 3-6 record and return home to play at Madison Square Garden for five of their next six games. If there is an opportunity to get on track, now is the time.
