The injury bug just keeps biting Kareem Hunt. After battling knee and wrist injuries over the week to be active against the Arizona Cardinals, the Cleveland Browns star running back was hurt again.

Early in the fourth quarter of the Browns' Week 6 showdown with the Cardinals, Hunt had to be carted off the field after the scary injury. It looked like he's in incredible pain as he was unable to put pressure on his right leg and had to be helped by the Browns staff to get him up.

According to Tom Pelissero of NFL Network, the 26-year-old suffered a calf issue and had to be ruled out for the rest of the contest.

Here's a video of Hunt visibly sad and frustrated as he was being taken off the field:

The Browns were trailing the Cardinals by a huge margin when Kareem Hunt went down, so his injury certainly came at an unfortunate time for a team hoping they can stage a late fourth-quarter comeback. In the end, Cleveland was not able to answer Arizona, losing 37-14.

Before he exited the contest, Hunt was leading the team in rushing with 14 carries and 66 yards. However, he was unable to score a touchdown as the Browns offense struggle against the solid Cardinals defense.

The severity of Hunt's injury is unknown, but the Browns are certainly hoping for the best. Calf injuries are always tricky to deal with, so there is the possibility of the Pro Bowl RB getting sidelined.
