Cleveland Browns wide receiver Jarvis Landry still remains in the concussion protocol. This according to Mary Kay Cabot of Cleveland.com.

With Landry still in the concussion protocol, he isn't allowed to practice and must be cleared by an independent doctor before he is allowed to play again. Landry caught eight passes for 167 yards against the Baltimore Ravens which is a career-best.

If there is any good news about this situation it's that the Browns don't play until Monday night against the Cleveland Browns. It gives him a little more time to clear the concussion protocol and get ready for the game.

Browns wide receiver Rashaad Higgins has only been limited at practice the last few weeks and if he can't go, it's going to be a big loss for the team.

The Browns have Odell Beckham Jr., but if either of Higgins or Landry can't go, Damion Ratley, Taywan Taylor, and KhaDarel Hodge will need to step up.

The team also has Antonio Callaway, who served his four-game suspension, but he hasn't' officially been added to the roster, and the team has until Monday to decide if they want to add him.

It's hard to imagine the Browns wouldn't add Callaway to the roster, especially if Landry isn't able to go. The Browns selected Callaway in the fourth round of last year's draft and he had a strong rookie season, bringing in 43 passes for 586 yards, and five touchdowns.

The Browns are going to need all hands on deck against the 49ers. Hopefully, Landry and Higgins will be able to go.
