Cleveland Browns defensive star Myles Garrett etched his name in NFL history books once again after another sensational performance in Week 10 against the Baltimore Ravens.

Garrett recorded 1.5 sacks in their comeback 33-31 win over the Ravens on Sunday, allowing him to go over 10 sacks for the season. He entered the game with 9.5 sacks. With that said, he became just the seventh player in league history to record at least 10 sacks in six consecutive seasons.

Only Reggie White, John Randle, DeMarcus Ware, Jared Allen, Bruce Smith and Lawrence Taylor have done it before Garrett, per the team's social media account. Making things even more amazing for the Browns DE, though, is the fact that he's the only active player on the list.

Myles Garrett's record is a testament to his defensive brilliance. He's a big reason why the Browns often find success even when their offense is not at its best. And on Sunday against the Ravens, he had a big role in allowing Cleveland to come back after finding themselves trailing by eight points at the half.

The 27-year-old Garrett is basically averaging at least one sack per game this season, and with eight games left in the 2023 campaign, he's well on pace to record a new career-high. He has recorded 16.0 sacks in each of the last two seasons, but if he continues his current rate, he could end the year with at least 19 sacks.

Perhaps Garrett can even breach the 20-sack mark, though it will certainly take a lot of effort for him to surpass the NFL record in a season of 22.5 sacks.
