When Cleveland Browns defensive end Myles Garrett went sleeveless in a game and got “randomly” drug tested, he didn't make a big deal out of it. However, when he was tested again after going sleeveless the second time, the 25-year-old couldn't help but notice a pattern.

Garrett wanted to test his theory and go sleeveless for the third time, but he's too tired to go through the trouble again. That is why he has decided to retire the sleeveless look and not risk getting “randomly” drug tested again.

Athletes in major sports and fans who follow them know what Myles Garrett is feeling. While drug tests are normal, the random part doesn't seem so “random” at all with the way leagues choose who gets tested.

In the NBA, Sacramento Kings guard De'Aaron Fox also underwent random drug testing after he posted on Instagram some photos of him looking swole. The timing couldn't be more perfect.

For the part of the Browns DE, it seems it's easy for the NFL to notice the changes in his body without sleeves. Or perhaps they are not just used to seeing him without sleeves, which prompts them to check if he's using performance enhancing drugs.

In any case, fans will have to get used to #SleevedMyles now that the sleeveless look is officially retired.
