There is no doubt that Giannis Antetokounmpo is the franchise player of the Milwaukee Bucks. Yet a recent artwork featuring the Greek Freak shows that he might be the face of the city, too.

As posted by Twitter user @Jonesinfilm, below is a mural of the Greek Freak, created by artist Fred Kaems.

The mural is located on the corner of Clement and Warnimont Avenue in South Bayview/Saint Francis. Based on those who replied to the tweet, they intend to take a closer look at the artwork and perhaps take a picture or two.

On several occasions, Antetokounmpo has pledged his loyalty to the city of Milwaukee. Earlier this month, While guesting on The Herd with Colin Cowherd, the Greek Freak said that he will never leave the Bucks to play for the Los Angles Lakers:

“To be honest with you, no. No way. I like finishing the stuff that I have with Milwaukee.

“My goal is to win in Milwaukee, bring a championship in the city, and make the team a lot better.

“So I would never leave for L.A.”

And more recently, he shut down the 2k curse, saying that he'll remain with the Bucks forever:

Indeed, Antetokounmpo is slowly becoming the face, not just of basketball, but also of Milwaukee. Not everyone has the guts to pledge loyalty to one team. Hopefully, the Bucks remain loyal to him, too.
