Milwaukee Bucks superstar swingman Giannis Antetokounmpo has now scored over 8,000 career points in his NBA career.

Giannis Antetokounmpo entered Saturday's matchup against the Washington Wizards with 7,990 career points. The Greek Freak easily got the 10 points he needed to reach the 8,000-point milestone in the nation's capital.

The 24-year-old is putting up MVP-type numbers this season while leading his Bucks to the best record in the Eastern Conference. Milwaukee entered Saturday with a record of 37-13.

Antetokounmpo is averaging 26.4 points, 12.6 rebounds and 5.9 assists per game for Milwaukee. The now three-time All-Star is shooting 57.3 percent from the field, 20.2 percent from beyond the arc and 70.6 percent from the free-throw line.

It's amazing how Giannis is able to dominate the game when he still doesn't have a reliable jump shot.

Antetokounmpo scored 525 points during his rookie season. Since then, he's eclipsed 1,000 points every single season. Giannis scored 2,014 points during the regular season in 2017-18 and will likely pass that number this season.

The next milestone for Antetokounmpo to accomplish is joining the 2,000-assist club. He entered Saturday with 1,775 career assists. Antetokounmpo is one of the most selfless superstars in the league and is always looking to make his teammates better.
