The Milwaukee Bucks easily handled the Boston Celtics in Game 1 of their Eastern Conference semifinal matchup Sunday, 101-89. Milwaukee controlled much of the game defensively, holding the Celtics to just 34 percent shooting from the field. The Bucks were not great on the offensive end either, shooting just 41 percent. However, there was one particular play that got Bucks fans out of their seats.

Midway through the fourth quarter with the Bucks already up 14, Giannis Antetokounmpo picked up his dribble, spun, tossed the ball off the glass to himself and slammed it home for the jam. The Bucks bench went bananas, as Milwaukee cruised to the Game 1 win. Afterwards, Bucks coach Mike Budenholzer talked about that play and Giannis' ability to do things like that.

“That's just pure talent, just pure instinct. He's a great player, he does things that are unique and special and timely. That's one of those plays where you're just happy he's on our side,” Budenholzer said.

There is a reason the Bucks superstar was nicknamed “The Greek Freak.” His length, agility and athleticism are so rare, it's freakish. On Sunday, Antetokounmpo posted a triple double, with 24 points, 13 rebounds and 12 assists. The Celtics made it very difficult on him to score the basketball, going just 9-for-25 from the field.

But just like the Bucks star said after eliminating the Bulls, he doesn't need to score to impact the game. Antetokounmpo consistently found open shooters after drawing attention in the paint.

Milwaukee has now stolen home court and force the Celtics into a near must-win scenario in Game 2 Tuesday.
