Milwaukee Bucks wing Sterling Brown is listed as probable for Game 2 of his team's second-round Eastern Conference playoff series against the Boston Celtics on Tuesday night, according to Malika Andrews of ESPN.

Brown is dealing with back soreness, an issue that flared up during the Bucks' Game 1 loss on Sunday afternoon.

The 24-year-old began earning more significant playing time last month after Malcolm Brogdon went down with a foot injury. Brogdon has been sidelined for a month-and-a-half, so Brown has been a key member of Milwaukee's rotation during that span.

On the season overall, Brown played in 58 games and made seven starts, averaging 6.4 points and 3.2 rebounds over 17.8 minutes per game while shooting 46.5 percent from the floor, 36.1 percent from three-point range and 69 percent from the free-throw line.

He had a rough series opener, as he finished with just three points off 1-of-7 shooting through 22 minutes of action.

Brown, who played his collegiate basketball at Southern Methodist University, was originally selected by the Philadelphia 76ers in the second round (46th pick overall) of the 2017 NBA Draft. He was then traded to the Bucks two weeks later.

The Maywood, Il. native appeared in 54 contests during his rookie campaign, registering four points and 2.6 boards across 14.4 minutes a night while making 40 percent of his field-goal attempts, 35.2 percent of his long-distance tries and 87.5 percent of his foul shots.

Milwaukee won 60 games during the regular season, finishing with the best record in the NBA. The Bucks then went on to sweep the Detroit Pistons in the first round of the playoffs.
