Milwaukee Bucks center Brook Lopez is not the most mobile player out there, but he can still alter a lot of shots due to his seven-foot frame.

Portland Trail Blazers forward Carmelo Anthony found that out the hard way on Thursday, as he saw his shot attempt swatted by the lumbering big.

Seeing Lopez in front of him after a switch, Melo used his speed advantage and drove hard to the cup. But Lopez stayed on him and did not allow Anthony to get an inch of space, extending his long arms and rejecting the 10-time All-Star’s attempt for a poster. He then gave Anthony a cold stare down before rushing back to the other end of the floor.

The Bucks edged the Blazers, 137-192, giving Anthony his second straight defeat in his NBA return. Melo had a solid outing of 18 points, seven rebounds, and four assists in 29 minutes of play.

He connected on a couple of highlight plays, but his team still fell short in the end and dropped its third straight match.

Lopez, meanwhile, pitched in 10 points and three assists for Milwaukee.
