Following his 38-point outing in the Chicago Bulls' 122-114 win over the Sacramento Kings, Zach LaVine made rookie Patrick Williams his official campaign manager for his 2021 All-Star bid.

As the 19-year-old spoke in his postgame press conference, LaVine looked on and made sure Williams said the right things about him.

Watch the hilarious exchange between the two Bulls teammates:

Come on Zach, don't pressure the kid like that!

Kidding aside, Williams didn't tell any lies there either. The former UCLA star is indeed playing like an All-Star and deserves to finally get his first nod this season.

LaVine turned in another magnificent performance against the Kings on Saturday night. Aside from his 38-point explosion, he also nailed the dagger to put away Sacramento.

And check out his production over his most recent eight games for the Bulls. Over the stretch, which included a 9-of-28 shooting night, LaVine has been averaging 35.1 points while shooting a scorching 54.7 percent from the field.

On the season, prior to Saturday's showing, LaVine is averaging 28.5 points, 5.5 rebounds and 5.2 assists–all while keeping the Bulls in the mix for their first postseason berth since 2017.

LaVine already deserved an All-Star nod last year, but he got left off despite averaging 25-piece a night. If for some reason the coaches don't reward the 25-year-old for his efforts this campaign, that will probably go down as one of the biggest All-Star snubs of all time.

Zach LaVine is putting up insane numbers and has improved his efficiency from the field significantly. Aside from his nightly production, he has also done a great job in becoming the unquestioned leader for this Bulls squad and is someone young guys like Patrick Williams looks up to for guidance.
