The Oklahoma Sooners are hosting their pro day on Wednesday with all eyes being on Kyler Murray but a couple of notable Arizona Cardinals won't be in attendance. According to Ian Rapoport and James Palmer, Cardinals general manager Steve Keim and coach Kliff Kingsbury won't be in Norman, Oklahoma.

There is still a chance that some lower level coaches of the Cardinals could attend but it's unclear if that's in the plans. This is an interesting development because there were many assuming the Cardinals would be taking Murray with the first pick, and many would believe that two high profile guys of the Cardinals would be in attendance.

Last year Browns General Manager John Dorsey didn't attend the Sooners pro day and still took Baker Mayfield with the first overall pick.

According to Palmer, the Cardinals are still planning on having a private workout with Murray which makes the pro day a little less important to attend. The team can find out a lot more in a private workout with Murray than they will be able to find out a pro day that is put on by the university to make him look as good as they can.

This is going to be one of the most interesting storylines to watch as the draft creeps closer and closer. The Cardinals took Josh Rosen in the first round last year but with Kingsbury in charge, it's clear he really likes Murray and signs point towards the team taking Murray. If that's the case look for Rosen to be on the move again too.
