The Arizona Cardinals have higher expectations with Kyler Murray under center this year, but most still believe they still might be a year or two away from competing for a playoff spot. Murray has been around the team for a couple of months now and likes what he has seen so far.

He knows that he has a lot of things left to learn along with the other rookies, but he thinks that they can still be very dangerous this year.

“I think it will all be an adjustment,” Murray said via Pro Football Talk. “Just for all of us rookies, it’s going to be an adjustment. I’ve always been confident in myself, trust my abilities. I trust what I can do on the football field along with coach (Kliff) Kingsbury’s coaching teaching me. I think us together along with the players that we have can be very dangerous.”

Murray knows that everyone still has a lot to learn and getting on the same page is most important. Right now guys aren't on the same page which could be a bit concerning but he knows there is more time to learn with the guys.

“Everybody is not on the same page like I was with my guys in college right now,” Murray said. “I’ve only been here for a couple of months so it will take time, it’s going to take reps. But I’m prepared for the ups and the downs but so far for me it’s been great. The guys have been very accepting of me and I can’t wait to get the season started.”

There is going to be some growing pains with a rookie quarterback under center but he has a lot of playmakers around him so it should be a fun offense to watch this year, even if it doesn't result in a ton of wins and a playoff berth.
